Austin "Walkin' Cane"

Blues & Rhythm Magazine - UK - Review of The King Biscuit Blues Festival - 2010

...a superb performance from Austin “Walkin' Cane”, a new name to me. He was playing a National guitar & a lot of slide. Austin's superb deep voice certainly had a Blind Willie Johnson texture in a great mix of covers and self penned tracks, Walkin' Cane was backed by Earnest “Guitar“ Roy on drums. The best track of the set was the Cane original, Murder of a Blues Singer .  - Pete Evans
